Ziddu.com has a simple registration page as above. Where a user needs to enter his / her Name, email id and password along with the Verification code that will be displayed to next the text field. One also need to agree Terms and Conditions by checking the check box. Finally clicking the Submit button

If all the given details are correct then the user registration form will be accepted and a

'Thank You for Registering' message will appear and will immediately be redirected to Upload page which like the image below.
