Are you bringing a pet with you to your new home? Here are some tech tips that can help ensure your pet is safe, secure and comfortable during travel.

Attach Pet GPS Trackers

Attaching a pet GPS tracker is a worthy investment for your pet, not only when you move houses, but anytime they go out and about. For peace of mind, attaching a GPS on your pet’s collar can help you find them around your condo and you know where they are every time you check the app.

Opt for Pet-Friendly Moving Services

Find a moving service that is pet friendly and can accommodate them during a house move, and provide their needs accordingly, so that you don’t have to stress about other service policies that don’t deal with pets.

Keep a Virtual Eye Using Pet Cameras

Investing in a camera to check up on your pet is a good idea, so when you’re not home taking care of important matters for your big move, you can see what your pet is up to from time to time. It will also be useful once you’ve settled in your new Continuum condo to monitor your pet’s activities. There are some cameras that can let you interact with your pet pet feeders that has a mic so you can talk to them and provide their meals while you’re away

Schedule a Virtual Checkup

Scheduling a virtual checkup can save you a trip to the vet. You can schedule an appointment for an online checkup and tell them what they have been doing, eating habits, sleeping patterns, any symptoms and other things you could say to the doctor that could be useful for spotting issues early on and their overall health.

Invest in Interactive Toys

Interactive toys can greatly benefit pets especially on days when you are busy at work. These interactive toys can respond to automated commands like throwing a ball or other toys, so that your dog can be relieved of boredom, and get the physical exercise and mental stimulation they need.
